General Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Power Cube products, software, and services ("Services") provided by Energy Power Cube ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Services
Power Cube systems are designed for commercial use in electric vehicle charging applications. You agree to use our products and services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to electrical safety codes and AFIR requirements.
Installation and Maintenance
Installation, operation, and maintenance of Power Cube systems must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with our technical specifications and guidelines. Improper installation or maintenance may void warranty coverage and could create safety hazards.
Data Collection and Privacy
Our systems collect operational data to optimize performance, provide remote diagnostics, and enable energy management features. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You agree to inform users about data collection practices in accordance with local regulations.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Power Cube hardware, software, and the Ampere Node system remain the exclusive property of the Company and its technology partners. You are granted a limited license to use the embedded software solely in conjunction with the operation of Power Cube hardware.
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
Warranty
Power Cube hardware is covered by a standard warranty as detailed in the Warranty Certificate provided with your purchase. Software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to software services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms will continue to remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our website or by notifying you directly. Your continued use of Power Cube products and services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
